font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（二）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（三）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（四）具有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（五）參加本次采購(gòu)活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中沒(méi)有重大違法違規(guī)記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（六）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（七）根據(jù)采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提出的特殊條件：</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">7.1、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人及其現(xiàn)任法定代表人不得具有行賄犯罪記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;">7.2、具有<span style="font-family: 宋體;">房屋檢測(cè)鑒定的業(yè)務(wù)能力，具有</span>CMA、CNAS(即檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書(shū)、建設(shè)工程檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)證書(shū))房屋檢測(cè)鑒定資質(zhì)；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">7.3、提供至少一個(gè)5000㎡及以上房屋安全鑒定的業(yè)績(jī)（提供合同復(fù)印件）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;">六、獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、方式及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件售價(jià)：</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 29px;
